.375 EnABELR Load Data

The .375 EnABELR (Engineered by Applied Ballistics for Extreme Long Range) is a modern extreme-long-range (ELR) rifle cartridge developed by Applied Ballistics Weapons Division (ABWD). It was designed specifically for precision shooting at distances well beyond one mile, where conventional magnum cartridges begin to lose efficiency. The cartridge combines a large powder capacity with a relatively short, wide case geometry to promote efficient powder burn and consistent internal ballistics.

The .375 EnABELR typically fires high-BC .375 caliber bullets weighing between 350 and 410 grains, which are optimized for extreme long-range stability and minimal aerodynamic drag. When used in long barrels common in ELR rifles, the cartridge can achieve muzzle velocities around 2800–3000 fps, depending on the specific load and barrel length. This combination of heavy bullets and high velocity allows the .375 EnABELR to maintain excellent energy retention and supersonic flight at extreme distances.

A key design goal of the cartridge was to deliver performance similar to larger ELR cartridges such as the .375 CheyTac, but in a more compact case that can function in magazine-fed rifles. The case design also aims to balance high performance with improved efficiency and manageable barrel life compared to some ultra-large ELR cartridges.
