Hasler Load Data
Our Hasler load data covers 309,700 load recipes for 36 bullets and 206 calibers. Find all bullets and reloading data below and compare the performance of different powders for each bullet and caliber combination side-by-side.

Hasler Bullets originated from a shared vision—and a friendly challenge—between four ballistic enthusiasts aiming to create a superior projectile. At the heart of the initiative was Giuseppe De Pasquale, an Italian record-holder and award-winning marksman, whose deep expertise and passion for precision inspired his three companions. With years of hands-on experimentation and ballistic testing behind him, De Pasquale’s innovative ideas laid the foundation for what would become Hasler's unique line of monolithic bullets.
Hasler bullets are distinguished by their undercaliber design and the incorporation of circular and semi-circular section O-rings along the projectile body. These features minimize contact between the bullet and the rifled barrel, significantly reducing friction—similar to the principles used in high-caliber artillery shells. This advanced engineering results in improved velocity, reduced barrel wear, and superior ballistic performance.
Designed and manufactured in Italy, Hasler monolithic bullets are crafted to meet the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and environmental responsibility. With their solid copper construction and aerodynamic profiles, they are ideal for hunters and long-range shooters seeking precision and ethical, lead-free performance.

About Hasler load data on XXL Reloading
This page collects every Hasler bullet we hold reloading data for, grouped by caliber and bullet weight. Each caliber and bullet combination links to a detail page with powder-by-powder load recipes: powder brand and type, start and maximum charge weight in grains and grams, case fill ratio, calculated peak chamber pressure, muzzle velocity and the barrel length the load was computed for.
Unlike a manufacturer's own tables, our Hasler data is generated with an inner-ballistics engine across the full powder range, so you can compare many powders side by side for the same bullet instead of the handful a single load manual prints. Charge weights, pressures and velocities are modelled consistently, which makes cross-powder and cross-caliber comparison meaningful when you work up a load.
Use the caliber and bullet-weight filters above to narrow the list, switch to the Bullets tab to browse the Hasler product range, and open any combination to see the full load table. All data is calculated reference data for experienced handloaders: always start at the minimum charge, work up carefully in your own rifle, and cross-check against current published data before firing.
