I am working up new loads for the Norma Tipstrike 170gr together with Norma 202 powder and I am totally confused.

When searching the XXL reloading site, I find a recipe with a Max load of of 40.1gr, Min 33,6.

This (max) load should result in 87% of max pressure.

Now, moving over to Norma homepage, I find the recommended max to be 44.0gr and Min 41.2gr...

How can there be such a massive difference between Max and Min between these two sources?

Hi, I was wondering if there are some specific load data out there for the M1 Garand. Bullets I would like to use are Hornady 55gr and powder from Vihtavuori.

Any experince with this compination?

My M1 is from 1945.

I am new to reloading. I am shooting a ruger ar556. I was looking to find the closest load to the miliatary green tip. Does anyone have any recommendations on what load I should shot.

Probably the most popular bullet of all times has the fewest bullets available for selection. I use various brands, Berger, Sierra and Hornady and others, in weights from 150g to 220g. Shooters using gas guns from 150 to 175. Bolt guns from 175 up through 220g. Please add a decent library for .308 bullets.

I use the .308 for all types of hunting in the U.S. and also for precision shooting out to 1000 yard...

Speziell geht es um die 9,3x64.

Kann ich auch andere Geschosse wie z.B 175grs HDB Spezial da berechnen lassen.

Ich bin seit nun mehr als 30 Jahren Wiederlader und finde den Austausch in dieser Community sehr gut jedoch vermisse ich bei den Ladedaten den jeweiligen Brennschluss der Ladung.

Mit Berücksichtigung der heutigen Technik, nicht der Bereich Nachtsicht/Wärmebild sondern mehr den Einsatz von Schalldämpfern.

bei letzteren ist dieser Wert für mich sehr wichtig da der Abbrand von "faulem Pulver" im Dämpfer recht schnell zu einer nicht unerheblichen Beeinträchtigung der Dämpferleistung und der Präzision führt.

Vielleicht lässt sich das noch in den Daten ergänzen

I've been shooting to the limits of the calibers I own so I recently purchased a .416 Barrett MRAD ELR. I'm looking for load data from someone that might have already been down this path. My plan is H50BMG and Hornady 500gr A-TIP and Cutting Edge 422gr MTAC projectiles. I'm pretty used to working the loads up to the most consistent and predictable. Once or twice a year my friends and I go to east Orgon for farm pest mitigation so we usually really press the FPS for the effects... LOL

Based on the limited load data I've been able to find online, it seems the 500gr A-TIP is pretty happy with 185-195gr of H50. I was planning to make a couple sets in this range and see what we get. Any feedback would be great.

I noticed the COL listed here for the 454 Casull is shorter than the COL listed in Lee, Hodgson, Lyman, and other load data sets. I'm just starting my journey into reloading so I'm a complete novice so wanted to know why it says max cartridge length of 1.68" and a COL of 1.765" on the schematic of the cartridge? I almost loaded some Hornady XTP Mags using the 1.665" number labeled as cartridge length. I doubled checked the number and saw that all my other load data manuals were listing the cartridge length as 1.765" and so loaded them at that number instead. Am I missing something and the cartridge length stands for something other than COL? Thanks for the info.
